Earn your Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Executive Leadership with a concentration in Global and Independent School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. With the transfer of 30 credits from prior graduate study, you'll earn your Ed.D. in just 3 years.
This hybrid program blends in-person four immersive sessions (2-4 days) at Teachers College with online learning designed for working professionals. Apply your learning immediately by addressing real-world challenges and conducting research in your place of employment or in another organization relevant to your area of inquiry.
