In October 2025, the Klingenstein Center for Independent and International Education at Teachers College, Columbia University will host its first-ever Experienced Leaders Program (ELP). This immersive program is designed to collaborate with you as you transition from a full-time career to finding your next-era purpose — with vibrancy, connectedness, reflection, creativity, motivation, and impact at its core.
ELP participants will engage over six months in a cohort of exceptional peers led by Teachers College, Columbia University faculty, and global experts in transformative learning and leadership. Located in dynamic New York City, this experience will provide the time, space, community, and wisdom to help you unearth your next North Star.
