As generative AI enters schools, it is quietly transforming how educators work and collaborate. Led by Dr. Rebecca Stilwell, this three-day workshop invites educators and school leaders to examine these shifts through the lens of leadership, teams, and organizational culture. Participants will engage with research-informed ideas, explore their own contexts, and work in conversation with peers to make sense of emerging challenges. Through dialogue and reflection, participants will develop practical approaches for leading this work in thoughtful and human-centered ways.
