Curiosity & Strategy: Leading Culture Change is designed for participants to develop a deeper understanding of systems thinking and the impact of understanding the current state of an organization to strategize for change. Personal reflections will provide considerations on one’s individual difference impact on change work. As the course progresses, participants will not only learn theory, but how to directly apply the theory to their own schools. Learn with Klingenstein Center professor Rebecca Stilwell in this primarily asynchronous online course, scheduled for Monday, March 28 through Friday, April 8.
