We’re excited to launch Instructional Rounds, a dynamic professional-learning experience that connects teachers across schools and strengthens practice through observation, inquiry, and collaboration.
Grounded in the Instructional Rounds model from Harvard Graduate School of Education—and infused with research-based practices that strengthen listening and belonging—this two-day experience invites educators to step into classrooms, hone their observational senses, and build shared visions of high-quality teaching and learning within a supportive, teacher-led inquiry network.
Our inaugural Klingenstein Instructional Rounds will be hosted by The Nueva School (March 23) and Oakwood School (March 24) in the Bay Area.
PreK–12 teachers, academic leaders, administrators, district teams, and learning support educators across independent, public, charter, and international schools.
Led on site by Sarah Odell, Ph.D. and Byron Philhour, Ph.D., in collaboration with Nicole Brittingham Furlonge, Ph.D., Executive Director of the Klingenstein Center.
