This conversation focuses on the transition from classroom teacher to expanded spheres of influence in instructional or curricular leadership. Participants will explore how to lead peers, manage change and sustainability within a department, and balance teaching responsibilities with the broader view required for program alignment and innovation. This series is also an informal mentorship opportunity that connects established alumni leaders with current students and emerging leaders in the Klingenstein network.
